What a concert !

Of course I am biased, but 3 weeks have passed and the echo is still heard!
|

... or at least I feel it ;-))
|
An incredibly exciting experience singing in duo with Guillermo Rozenthuler ... beyond our best predictions ... a concert with unpredictable contents (we didn't have a single note "planned" or studied) ... an emotion shared with all the participants who gave us long applause and all their desire to sing and get involved with us ... Without safety net! An experiment that we will repeat in London between 18 and 20 November and which will surely have a sequel. Between free improvisations and jazz standards, without a pre-ordered arrangement, without a tempo, or a defined key ... just listening, empathy, heart. Actually there were 2 concerts: Saturday 24th for the Fossano Musica Foundation and Sunday 25th in Turin. I can't say which one I liked the most: both incredibly engaging and unpredictable. This is an excerpt from Saturday's concert in Fossano. One idea: singing long notes.

The Way I LOOP Tonight
|
On Wednesday 5 October restarted the appointments with TWILT "The Way I LOOP Tonight" ... improvisation online ... live streaming on my YouTube channel.
|
20 minutes of free vocal improvisation, between covers and ever-new melodic and rhythmic patterns ... with a looper and a bit of electronics, to let yourself go and sing together ... Not a concert, but a real improvisation to share, whose best creations will continue to be selected for my next record ... A way to continue to get involved, with a high amount of risk and to try to access my creative vein more deeply.
